![]() ![]() ![]() If this doesn’t work you’ll need to reverse the re-sizing of the C: partition and for that you are going to need a 3rd party program such as Easus or Paragon as already mentioned. You may be able to use the built-in repair function to get the boot problem sorted – keep tapping the key during startup and choose the ‘Repair my Computer’ option from the menu that appears and let it detect the OS then try to repair the startup problem. ![]() Hopefully you did that or at least backup up the data in case it all went awry ! That shouldn’t have happened and many of us have done this operation successfully, but altering the partition layout can cause problems so that’s why it was also suggested you take a backup of the current state of the hard drive so you could restore if needed.
